I do not usually share my review, online. We made a 1 night stop in Gallup, during our family trip. So glad we found and chose this hotel, the room was well stocked and clean. The staff are all kind and helpful. The breakfast host Teresa was a bonus; it was pleasant meeting and talking with her. Family Friendly Pet Friendly Breakfast Indoor Pool One thing that may be a con, for some, is the shower pressure.

This is best Comfort Suits in the country. When I have to spend a night in Gallup I always sleep here. I've been coming here for a almost a decade now. It's always clean and the staff are welcoming and friendly. Their interior design is the best of all hotels: They honoring our veterans and fallen heroes in a very thoughtful way. All gave some, some gave all. God bless them!

Wonderful hotel. Clean, amenities were nice, the staff was fantastic. They have numerous displays honoring our Armed Forces. Would highly recommend! Breakfast was delicious. They had a great variety of items, very clean 👌

My first time staying here at this Comfort Suites and I must say I wasn't disappointed, the tribute to our Military throughout the lobby is most impressive and touching to say the least. The staff is very friendly the rooms are clean and the breakfast was amazing they have both hot and cold if you want scrambled eggs or bacon they even have corned beef hash my first time coming across this and it's one of my favorites, they also have cereal, oatmeal etc.. they have it all! One of the best breakfast I have encountered at a Comfort Suites/Inn! The sweet lady working the dining room area really made my day, she was extremely friendly and helpful, kindness goes a long way. If only the World had more like this precious lady it would be a far better place. I will return when passing through the great City of Gallup, New Mexico also known as the Purple Heart City.

My husband and I stay at this hotel once or twice a year. It’s a clean, comfortable place. Front desk personnel are nice and professional. On this recent trip, the kitchen staff person was rude and clearly overwhelmed. Food items were not stocked. There was no coffee. When people asked her for something she would not even acknowledge their presence. The hotel either needs to hire a second person, hire someone with the energy to do the job, or place a tip jar for added incentive.

The lady working the front desk was extremely rude and the lady who was taking care of the breakfast was also extremely rude. There was no plates or utensils to eat the dry disgusting food. When I asked the lady at the front desk if there were any utensils , she said it’s not her department with a very bad attitude. There was NOTHING to drink. We were practically choking on the dry food they served. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

The room was perfect. Very clean, comfortable bed, quiet. An excellent value. Breakfast was fine. (I'm always looking for fruit, protein of some sort, quality tea, etc.) Very unique "military museum" in the lobby area!
